It can be used as a dry rub or mixed with a little olive oil to marinate meat or vegetables (perfect for easy delicious chicken or vegetables kebabs or a middle eastern style roast chicken). Use it as seasoning for your middle Eastern dishes such as a tagine, shakshuka, koftas or rice dishes.
